At Amohavastra, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 business hours of being placed.
- Orders placed on Sundays, National Holidays, or State Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
While delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier serviceability, our standard delivery estimates after dispatch are:
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days
Note: We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on eligible pin codes with a nominal convenience fee, clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you can track your order in real-time.
- Use the tracking link shared via email/SMS to check the latest delivery status.
5. Missed Deliveries & RTO (Return to Origin)
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If missed, please contact the courier to reschedule.

Failed COD Orders:
If a COD order is rejected or returned after 3 failed attempts, we may restrict or disable COD for future orders. -
Failed Prepaid Orders:
If returned due to incorrect address or unavailability, a ₹150 re-shipping fee will be required to re-dispatch the order.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address, landmark, pin code, mobile number, and email ID are entered correctly at checkout.
Amohavastra is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as:
