As a brand dedicated to delivering premium-quality menswear with unique, trend-forward designs, we aim to provide a seamless and refined shopping experience — just like our garments.

Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • A nominal ₹200 handling & processing fee per item will be deducted from the refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or bank account within 7 business days after inspection.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size-related issues:

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must meet all return conditions (unused, unwashed, original packaging, tags intact).
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued, valid on amohavastra.com for 30 days.

How to Process Return or Exchange (Self-Shipping)

Currently, reverse pickup is not available.

Steps:

  1. Email us at amohavastra.support@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order Number and request type (Return / Exchange with size).
  3. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to:

  • Shipping charges for return will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

We maintain strict quality checks, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory (must be uncut).
  • Share video + clear images + Order Number at amohavastra.support@gmail.com.

Once verified, we will provide a free replacement.


Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled (Prepaid & COD).
  • After Dispatch: Cancellation is not possible.

Non-Acceptance of Returns / Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Minor dissatisfaction with fabric, texture, or color
    (Note: 10–12% color variation may occur due to lighting/screens)
  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Sale / discounted items (final sale)
